WEA Early Enrollment Membership Incentive Plan begins April 1st, 2012.Mazda test drive program pledges up to $1 million for public school libraries nationwideWyoming Rural Water Foundation is pleased to announce they will award 2 – $1,000 scholarships to graduating seniors for the Fall, 2012 semester.  Eligibility is for any graduating senior interested in environmental sciences.  Preference will be given to students whose parents work in the water and or waste water industry.  Second tier eligibility is to students not connected to the industry who have an interest or declared major in environmental sciences at any Wyoming University or College. Click here for the application.2011 National Board Certified Teachers are announcedWyoming is proud to have 51 educators successfully complete the certification process; 28 are members of WEA

Teaching Channel a new non-profit focused on professional development, is a video showcase-on the web and television-of great teaching in America’s public schools.  The new national non-profit’s focus is to elevate and celebrate teaching with an emphasis on sharing promising and best teaching practices.  To this end, Teaching Channel has asked NEA to reach out to our affiliates to share the tool.
