About the WEA

We are the Wyoming Education Association!

WELCOME TO THE WEA!

Wyoming Education Association (WEA) members work in our state’s schools, colleges, and the university to help improve public education and the lives of Wyoming’s students. WEA members provide a wide range of professional education services in communities throughout Wyoming.

We are an advocacy organization comprised of thousands of members in every job in districts and schools across the state. WEA champions the best interests of students and education employees. Belonging to the WEA family benefits you personally and professionally—and it’s good for students. The Six Pillars of Safe & Just Schools

WEA's Safe & Just Schools offers practical training for education employees to create welcoming learning environments for all students. We work to ensure that every student feels safe and welcome in all Wyoming schools. We’re accomplishing this by providing no-cost training to Wyoming educators. Here are the Six Pillars guiding this work.
